By creating an account or using NestReady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not professional advice
NestReady is a planning and organizational tool. Nothing in the app constitutes legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Task descriptions and financial estimates are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, or legal rights.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use NestReady for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Subscription and billing
NestReady offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse NestReady — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
Limitation of liability
NestReady is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deadlines, financial losses, or decisions made based on information in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
